其实从我个人角度而言，对于大多数的学生，这几天的话，除了适当休息之外，我们还是应该把自己的作息时间调整。第一个需要注意的就是，在高考的这几天，我们知道考试的时间是上午一个时间段、下午一个时间段。所以，在这个时间段能不能保证自己能够有最大的集中注意力的时间段，其实你在考前的这几天、休息的这三四天的时间里面，你可以充分地去调整。比如说举个例子，当然我们休息可能是第一位的，一定要保证充足的睡眠。在此基础上，我们可以在考前三四天，休息的这几天，我们把做练习的时间都集中在和我们高考，正好是上下午那个时间段一样。
这样的话，学生在这两三个小时里面，能够集中注意力去把自己相应的、各个科目的练习都做一做，这样的话他其实形成一种习惯，因为我们经常说成功是一种习惯。所以，你在高考的时候，应该是能够对他集中注意力方面会有一定的帮助，我这是从考试的时间，集中注意力方面讲。
