曾经为了备好每一节课，我经常把书本带回家，为了上好一节课，我把教案多次修改;每当从课堂中走出来后，常常会因上了一堂令自己满意的课而欢欣愉悦，也会因为某处环节的不如人意而闷闷不乐，身心不畅;多少次课堂上学生们的一个精彩回答让我激动不已，测试中学生们的点滴进步让我欣喜万分;面对不理想的成绩我焦急上火不安难眠，面对不爱学习的同学我耐心地鼓励劝勉;忘不了每次公开课准备过程中的疲惫与劳累，更忘不了之后满盈于心的收获与充实;也常常感动于忙碌中学生的一句关心，假期中学生的一声问候;感动于师生间的坦然相处，温馨相待，感动于师生间的会心一笑，默契自在不言中;最爱看的是学生们那求知的专著眼神;最爱听的是学生们那句真诚的问候”老师，你好”;最难忘的是学生们拿到通知书后那张张映红的笑脸。

一、课堂语言的简练性。我觉得这一点对于我这种经常以技能教学点为主要教学内容的老师来说尤为重要，在课堂上，除了要告诉学生如何画以外，更主要的是让学生能够自己画出来。在课堂上讲的每一句都应该有它的生命力，能够使学生在知识教学点以收获，让学生在掌握理论知识后能够有时间进行技能方面的施展。也为我增加了更多的时间来指导学生的现场绘画。简练性的语言有助于学生美术习惯的培养,小学阶段的美术课除了要教给学生勾、抹、涂、描等技法,更主要的是培养学生对于生活的观察、对于美好事物的热爱,这些都需要学生张扬个性,教师无须多余的言语。同时，我也认为，简练性的语言更容易使学生集中精力进行听讲，学生将会调动他所有的注意力来捕捉老师的每一句话，来保证自己课堂任务的完成。
二、语言的丰富性。再好的激励性的话语，重复多了也激发不了学生的上进心，批评指导方面的语言也是如此。使用丰富的语言来引导学生，才能使整堂课充满活力。多运用表扬性的话语赞扬那些出色完成作品的同学，运用期待性的话语鼓励那些即将完善作品的潜能生，运用建设性的话语指导全班将会充分启发、调动课堂当中每一名学生的学习兴趣。教师语言的丰富性还体现在内容上,在进行《精美的邮票》一课时,需要让学生介绍有关邮票的知识,教师必须先要了解相关的知识等等。
三、用热情的语言来调控课堂。课堂上，无论是完成作品的喜悦，还是没有完成作品的伤感，学生都希望有人与他分担。当学生完成作品后，你为他高兴，当学生没有很好的表达自己的意思时你为他伤感，学生将会从心底里喜欢这个老师。同时也会更加地听从这个老师的意见，会更好地进行学习。当学生与老师形成这样的和谐关系时,学生是幸福的,老师更是幸福的!
