1、时态
其实英语时态这个东西早在初中我们就学过，但是很多人并没有养成切换时态的习惯，我们一定要注意，当下的文章句子描述就是一般现在时，图表类的描述和举例论证会用到过去时，文章结尾处对未来的规划和期待要用将来时。
还有在用时态的时候，一定要注意主谓保持一致，例如：使用一般现在时时，如果主语是单数第三人称或单数名词、不可数名词，谓语动词后面应加-s.这样的错误虽小，但都属于严重的语法错误。另外，考生应掌握常见单词的拼写，谨慎使用标点。建议同学们只使用两种标点逗号和句号。但不要一逗到底，独立的句子应该用句号断开。
2、丰富复杂的语法句子应注意：
关于复杂的作文词汇：当你用词复杂时，句子自然而然的就会跟着复杂，一般来说复杂的单词其实就是“简单的近义词替换”，比如：我们在句子里常用的think，其实可以换成reckon 、assume、 argue等近义词，其实我们不需要用多偏僻、多长的单词，简单的一个常用单词替换就能达到我们想要的复杂词汇的目的，这样用起来的效果是原来单词的好几倍，也会更惹阅卷老师的喜欢，老师也会认为你是一个词汇量很大的学生，自然而然就能给你得分。
关于复杂的作文句子：考研作文如果量化成句数，小作文只需写7句左右，大作文12句左右。全文应以短句为主，长短句相结合。所谓短句是指10个词左右的句子，不能全篇都是五六个词的短句。同时，文中应有二定数量的长句，二般15～20词即可，太长则易冗赘。有的同学以为只写长句不写短句就能取得得分，实际上老师看长句会觉得很累，以为你不会写短句，通常不会给得分。如果二篇中文作文每句都有30多个字，定然晦涩难懂，英文也不例外。精炼的短句可以放在段首表示强调，复杂的长句可以进行具体的论证、举例或描述。考生可以每段单数句使用短句，双数句使用长句，长短结合，这样阅卷老师看起来也比较舒服。

第一段和每段第一句话是启，作用在于启动整篇文章或整个段落。
承：观点承接，正面论证
第二段和每段中间是承。基础不太好的同学可以只进行正面论证。
转：观点转折，反面论证
第二段和每段中间部分既可以承，又可以转。基础好的同学可以进行反面论证，对问题进行逆向思维。
合：文章结尾，合并归纳
第三段以及每段最后一句话是合，用以总结整篇文章或整个段落。在论说文中，表示合的关联词可以使用三次，分别用在第三段首句和第二、三段的尾句。
写作常见语法错误：谓语动词时态

if my friend likes the great outdoors, she might be disappointed. unfortunately, my city doesn't have a lot of wide open green spaces, and there aren't a lot of trees on the streets. we're not near the ocean, and the mountains are a day's drive from here. still, we do have some natural areas. for example, we have a beautiful big park. it even has a lake in the middle that's used for ice skating in the winter. there’s a different kind of beauty in the city.
